Reading failure at Glynn middle school calls for investigation

The seven members of the Glynn County Board of Education and the school superintendent should by now be deep into an investigation of why only about one-fourth of the students who will enter Needwood Middle School this August can read at their grade level. They should have some idea, by now, why that’s so.
